Based on our experiences in setting up a charter vessel, opening our own country lodge and evaluating all aspects of over 100’s of tourism businesses in our role as Tourism NZ Qualmark assessors, our experiences may well help you in areas beyond our four core focuses (These areas are Customer Service training, Guide training and Interpretation Plan development, A Bespoke Mystery Shop programme and support developing Sustainability Initiatives.)
We have set up and run our own country lodge on 5 hectares and have had to work thorough the 101 tasks such a project involves. Website development, marketing, establishing relationships with agents, booking systems, Health and Safety, financial systems, staff contracts, social media…. we have dealt with many of the tasks and challenges you may be facing at present.
With each of us having been Tourism New Zealand Qualmark Business advisors and assessors for over 12 years, we have evaluated in detail how accommodation, attraction and activity providers operate and identified those systems, policies and procedures that have proven successful.
